A hallmark of the In-Company Connection format is its tailored approach. The agenda blended classroom discussion with on-farm application, including data analysis, visits to poultry rearing and production farms, and focused sessions on ideal male conformation and critical management factors – all aligned with Granja Faria’s structure and production goals.

Denilson Vanin, Regional Service Supervisor for Aviagen, emphasized the importance of designing the program around the customer’s reality. “This event was built specifically around Granja Faria’s objectives.
